Travel Tips:
Making sure that all members of your group have a copy of the confirmation (front & back) in advance of their trip will help answer any questions that they may have on payment deadlines, check-in locations, times, cancellation policy and scheduling.

Motor homes are a great way for groups to pass the time on a long trip, but are not permitted at many facilities. If you are planning to bring your group in a motor home and use it to travel about the area daily, please let us know in advance so that we can check with the facilities you have chosen and see which ones permit oversized vehicles on the property.

When preparing to pack for your golf vacation, please use our zip code to check the weather channel for local conditions as well as our website for the dress code at each individual course on your line up. The courses’ restrictions vary and not having the appropriate attire may cause you to make unplanned clothing purchases at the pro shop.

When playing golf prior to 3pm check-in, it is best to pack your golf clubs on top of other luggage or with the most accessibility. This way you do not have to unpack other luggage to get the golf clubs when you arrive and are ready to play.

Food, beverages and other perishable items: We all appreciate the savory selections from home however please make sure that you have coolers and ice to keep perishables chilled until your scheduled check-in time. There are two grocery stores within less than a few miles of your accommodations in Santee. We suggest shopping after check-in unless you want to bring specialty items.
